摘要 本文研究了冶炼工艺、变形方式、变形速率及铸锭均匀化处理等因素对一种铁基高温合金高温塑性的影响,并对铸态试样与轧态试样的高温塑性与镦粗时裂纹产生进行了比较。

Abstract:The effects of smelting process, deformation type, deformation rate and homogenizing process of the ingot on high temperature ductility of a Fe-based superalloy have been studied in this paper. The high temperature ductility and crack initiation during the forging test of cast specimen have been compared with that of rolled specimen as well.
