Abstract：Morphology of the modified cyanate ester resin system toughened by polyetherimide was investigated.Impact resistance and dielectric performance of the modified resin system were characterized and analyzed.The results show that polyetherimide can not only toughen this resin system,but improve the dielectric performance.The dielectric performance of the modified resin system is remarkably influenced by the concentration of catalysis,the cure temperature and toughening agent.
