Development of Novel Transparent Conducting Oxide Nb-doped TiO2 Films

Abstract

Novel transparent conducting oxide Nb-doped TiO2 thin films are currently studied by researchers as hot materials due to their excellent optical and electrical properties.The optical and electrical properties and mechanism of Nb-doped TiO2 films were analyzed.Meanwhile,the effect factors on the optical and electrical characteristics,the current research developments,and the future work were summarized.Especially,the effect of carrier density and scattering process on optical transmission and conductivity was discussed.
