摘要 本文论述了氨或氨氮氮化对钢件氮化层成分、组织和性能的影响。结果表明:氨氮氮化可改善炉内气氛,利于晶体扩散,抑制相变扩散和晶界扩散,从而提高固溶体中氮含量,减轻高氮化合物形成发展,降低脆性和避免裂纹生成。取得了显著经济效益。

Abstract:This paper deals with the influence of the nitriding process by using an ammonia or ammonia-nitrogen agent on the composition, microstructure and mechanical properties in the nitrided case of the steel parts. The results show that the nitriding process by using an ammonia-nitrogen agent can improve the atmosphere in the furnace. It is beneficial for the diffusion of crystal, and the inhibition of the diffusions of phase transformation and grain boundary. Therefore, the nitrogen content in the solid solution is increased, the nitrides with higher nitrogen content are decreased. All these bring the reduction of the brittleness and the avoidance of the cracks. Thus, the economic benefit has been obtained obviously.
