    The measurement of stress distribution and finite element computation on the third stage compressor blades of a new type of WP engine made from titanium alloy TC11 have been performed.Based on comparing with two results,the vibration fatigue test of blades and samples have been done at room and elevated temperature,and the effects of heat exposure and average stress on vibration fatigue behaviour have been studied.

    This paper deals with the relationship between the microstructure and mechanical properties of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel undergone intercritical treatment.The experiment results show that the adoption of intercritical treatment to control the volume and shape distribution of ferrite can bring about a remarkable rise of its fracture toughness and retain its high tensile.Thus it is of great practical significance in improving the reliabilty of aircraft.

    Huang Aizhen, Zheng Ruiqi. An Analysis on Properties of Aluminium Honeycomb Core Used in France"Dauphin"Helicopter[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1988, 0(6): 12-16.

    The comparison between the aluminium honeycomb core used in"Dauphin"helicopter made in France and the"dull"core and the durable core made in China has been made in this paper.The result showed that the dimension regularity of the former is better than that of the latters,the mechanical properties and durability of former are equal to those of"dull"core,but durability are not as good as those of PAA durable core.

    The law of the changes of arc high-time curves with the shot peening parameters,the relationship of the peening time and peening intensity with shot peening parameters,mechanical behavior of the peened materials and the depth of residual compressive stress have been investigated in the present paper.According to the investigated results,a way for drawing up shot peening parameters of the peened materials and for computer controlling the shot peening operation have been proposed.

    A test method for the high temperature sand corrosion resistant coatings has been described in this paper,and it comprises apparatus,operative principles,test procedures and results handling.The capacity"b"of high temperature sand corrosion resistant coatings is first proposed by us in theory.The"b"can be calculated by statistical method.We have evaluated seven kinds of coatings by this method and also studied the influence of the pressure,temperature and falling speed of sand on value"b".

    The recent progress of permanent magnetic materials have been reviewed and the various techniques for making permanent magnetic materials have been introduced in this paper.Nd-Fe-B magnets,considered as the third generation of rare earth permanent magnets is a promising material.However,the successful application of Nd-Fe-B magnets depents on the maintenance of high magnetic performances at 120-150℃ and its lowering cost.

    Koblenz Aluminium Plant held a technical symposium on the aluminium products used for aircraft and aerospace in Beijing on September 20-21,1988.The symposium was effective.Koblenz Aluminium Plant can produce various plates of aluminium alloys for aircraft,aerospace and other industries.The plate thickness range is from 2mm to 175mm.The length and width respectively is up to 24m and 3.5m.Its annual production comes up to more than 45000 tons,60% of this amount is exported.Annual total sales comes up to 600 million DM.The customers can use the international specifications or standards of the leading companies to order the products from Koblenz Plant.The success of the Koblenz Aluminium Plant is achieved,because of the strict quality control,the advanced laboratory technique,continuous modernization of the equipments (for example:148"4-high hot rolling mill,4-high cold rolling mill,horizontal heat treat furnace with the total length of 140m,7000 tones plate stretcher,etc.) and many engineers and technical experts highly qualified and rich in practice experiences.
