    There are some problems need to be solved in automobile industry,since the people are looking for higher speed,more comfortable automobile.And especially there is a impact on the shell of automobile while passing through the uneven road.If there is a resistance layer which can defend the outside frequency changes,the impact will be lessened.In order to solve these problems,our university has developed the recombination of damping steel plate,i.e.insert the plastic binding agent into the two layers of steel plate by using press working method.After pressing and various testing,stamp it into the component which is used in automobile industry.

    This paper expounds a new coating process which improves the corrosion resistance of aluminium and its alloys.A very thin aqueous coating solution is used in the process to create an uncolored coating on aluminium surfoce.This process,not only remarkably improving the anticorrosion of parts but also remaining the metallic luster of underlying aluminium,is easy in technology and high in production efficiency.

    After the comparison with the other methods for the evaluation of the properties of water displacement used at the present time,the authors of this article have put forward a new method for the determination of water displacing time.The new method can determine the water displacing rate of water displacing agent quickly,accurately and quantitatively.Since this method is more advanced than the current methods for the evaluation of the properties of water displacement,so it can evaluate the properties of water displacing additives quickly.

    This article studies the morphology of surface corrosion,the relationship between processing and surface corrosion,and its effect on the performance of plunger spring,according to the metal corrosion theory and the basis of practice in the factory.Therefore,the method of the process of corrosion protection is provided.It may be useful to study the defects of surface corrsion on plunger spring in order to improve the rate of product acceptibilty and eliminate the processing weaknesses of plunger spring.
