Mi Qingtian, Chen Jianping, Feng Yaokun. DETONATION GUN SPRAYING[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1990, 0(6): 1-5.

This paper introduces the developing background, basic principle, process feature, properties and application of the coatings by D-Gun spraying. The main feature of D-Gun spraying is that the velocity of particles during spraying is 600~800m/s, therefore, the high bond strength, high hardness and low porosity of the coating can be achieved. Usually it is used as a wear-resistance coating or seal coating. The service life of parts can be prolonged several to dozens fold by using the D-Gun coating.

He Guoren, Zeng Hanmin, Yang Guicheng. Aging of Hybrid Short Fibre Reinforced Polyphenylene Sulfide Ⅲ. Thermal Behavior[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1990, 0(6): 11-14.

The thermal behavior of CF/PPS and GF/PPS composites before and after hot water (80℃) aging and accelerating weather aging has been investigated. The results show that PPS resin is damaged more severely by the weather aging than by the hot water aging. The presence of glass fibre lowers the thermal stability of PPS. The presence of carbon fibre plays a retardation role in both case of oxidization crosslinking and oxidization degradation of PPS.

Porous polyimide materials used for ball-bearing retainers have been recieved a great attention in aviation industry. The most important structure featrue of this newly deveolped material lies in its micro-porous texture, which makes it possible to contain sufficent oil and thus keep fine lubricat condition inside the bearing when it is running. This paper reports our research work about the preparation of this micro-porous material, the effects of the powder preparing techniques, including the classification and the mix of the particals. The billet molding process on the total pore volume and the pore size distribution of the retainer material are also discussed.

Shape memory alloy is a new functional material. This kind of alloy in industry has grown substantially in the last few years in the world. The characteristic of shape memory and the mechanism of shape memory effect have been introduced in the paper. The applications of shape memory alloy in aviation industry and its development have been herein described.

Chen Sijue. Hot-working Deformation of Died Blades of Titanium Alloy TC9 and Its Correction[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1990, 0(6): 20-21,53.

The hot-working deformation of died blades of titanium alloy TC9 is a key problem of the hot-working of the titanium alloy. This paper aims to study the effect of the comprehensive conditions of the forging deformation of the titanium alloy. Our goal has been to provide an introduction to the measures for preventing or decreasing the blade deformation and to the problem of the deformation correction. And this case has provided a valuable experience for the hot-working of titanium alloy blades.

Liu Junzhou. Study on Fatigue Charateristic of the Components Moderate Temperature Ultra-High-Strength Steel GC-19[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1990, 0(6): 22-24.

The axial tension fatigue characteristic of the moderate temperature ultra-high-strength steel GC-19 are tested by using stress concentration elements under the conditions of temperature range from room temperature to 350℃ , and with the stress ration of 0.1 in the air mediums. The affects of various stress concentration, heat treatment regimes and testing temperatures on axial tension fatigue characterisitic of the elements are investigated. The R.E.Peterson and А.В.Верховский's empirical formula for calculating the theoretical stress concentration factor is discussed.

This paper studies some main factor (temperature, frequency, hold time, load-wave form, the same phase and opposite phase, constant stress and constant strain) which effect the life of thermal-mechanical fatigue through the study of high termperature alloy such as: GH500, GH33A, DZ-22, DZ-4, GH37, GH132, GH36, etc, and graphite iron casting.

Feng Kai, Zhao Weiyi, Hong Bande. Impact Toughness and Fracture Properties of a Low Carbon Dual Phase Steel[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1990, 0(6): 29-32,14.

The effects of ferrite-martensite dual phase structures with different voiume fractions and strength rations on impact toughness and fracture process of a low carbon steel are studied. The experiments indicate that the impact toughness is low down as the martensite content increases, and impact toughness increases as the tempering temperature rises; the impact fracture morphology is changed from ductile dimple at room temperature into main quasi-cleavage at-78℃ and all cleavage at-196℃.

Liu Changming. The Spectrum Analysis of Aluminium, Titanium, Tungsten and Boron in Superalloy K-13[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1990, 0(6): 33-35,40.

This paper presents a spectral analysis technigue for A1, Ti, W and B in Superalloy K-13. On the bases of the theory of zero standard sample method developed by Soviet scientists Feishiman and Proquifelv, and with the considering the actual cases of our factory, the calibration curves of GH135 and GH131 spectral standard samples are adopted. And the controlled samples from our products are selected to make some parallel lines of the curves. The results of the spectral analysis are similar to those of chemical analysis. The accuracies are Al±1.23%, Ti±3.81%, W±3.82% and B±3.21% respectively. The method has been used in our production analysis already.
