    The rapidly solidified microstructure of a hot corrosion resistant single-crystal nickel-base superalloy treated by laserglazing was studied in details in this paper.It is shown that the laserglazed structure of the single-crystal superalloy consists of well-aligned cellular or dendritic structures grown in specific <001> refered directions.The primary dendrite arm spacing or cell spacing is very small and decreases considerably with the increasing beam scaning speed.No γ/γ' eutectic and microporosity were observed in cells wall or interdendritic regions.The morphology of the rapidly solidified MC carbide (TiC) in interdendritic regions was found very special and was in various extraordinary radial flower-like morphologies.

    This paper deals with the research on microstructure and mechanical properties of more times quenching-tempering of QAI10-4-4 aluminium bronze.The experiment results show that the mechanical properties are not changed clearly by undergoing a limited times heat treatment.But this alloys' mechanical properties can be improved by the supplemental tempering.

    This article deals with the application,property and cooling mechanism of PAG polymer quenchants.It is pointed out that its cooling mechanism is quite different from the mechanisms of oil and water.The recounts of the usability,restricted condition,ageing stability of PAG quenchants,the design calculation related to modified quench system where PAG quenchants are used are also described.

Accumlated Deformation in Forging of Strengh-toughening GH4169 Alloy Disk and Hot-working Analysis of Increasing Temperature of Forgings[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1991, 0(5): 16-19.

    A test of forging disk from GH4169 alloy was introduced in this paper.The results show that a forging process with accumlated deformation >60% during two heats in the range of 930~1010℃ by single drop 2.0~4.0% can get homogeneous fine grain structure of forgings,which is conformable to ASTM 9~10 scale.

    The preparation of submicron powders of SiC-WC composite ceramics and their hot-pressing sintering behaviour were studied.Based on the experiments of density and flexure strength changed with the hot-pressing conditions,the hot-pressing technique conditions suitable for SiC-WC composite ceramics were obtained.The relative density of the final sinter was over 99% and the flexure strength was reached to 1019MN/m2.The results show that the addition of 5~25 Vol.% WC has improved the sintering behaviour of SiC ceramics,accelerated the.densification and increased the flexure strength and toughness.

    This article describes the new techniques of making aluminium matrix non-long fiber composites.The main characteristic is that the melted aluminium or its alloys soak into the non-long fiber fillers or self-supporters by using soak aid in air without the additional pressure or vacuum.The composites made by those methods have good intergrative mechanical properties.

    Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al is a high strength,high ductility approach β titanium alloy.It has excellent properties of hot-working process,and is widely used in the structural parts of aeroplane in foreign countries.This paper deals with the forging characteristic of finish forging of Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al guard-plate joint,and the structure,heating,heat preservation pattern and material select on of the die.The alloy was developed by the method of isothermal finish die forging,used for certain domestic aeroplane.

    Through the process test and the study of stabilization annealing of titanium alloy,We have known that the stabilization annealing can eliminate or decrease the residual stress caused by machining so as to ensure the stability of profile and dimensions during the application of parts,remove or reduce the "white plague" of titanium alloy caused by overheating during polishing so as to improve the quality of products,and decrease the hydrogen content to certain extent so as to alleviate the danger of hydrogen embrittlement.Meanwhile,there are no distinct effects on the structure,properties of the alloy,and the deformation of parts.

    In this paper,we have studied the MAE behavior of carbon steel under different stresses and properties of the MAE for the material at the process of charging and free charging.When applied a tension and a compression stress condition,the characters for frequency spectrum have been studied.At last,we have measured the surface stress for 45 steel plate of trapezoidal sample by the method of the MAE.

    In this paper,a test method of flexure for the flexural and shear stiffness of sandwiches was presented,The test method could be used at elevated and low temperature.The comparison between this method and national standard GB1456 was performed.The test results of NOMEX sandwich constructions at different temperatures were also presented.

    A study has been made of the microstructure and failure feature by plunger parts.The results show that the failure property of plunger parts belongs to contact-fatigue.There are the differences in microstructure of failure plunger materials and foreign plunger matarials and in amount,size,morphology and distribution of carbides in them.The reference proof is provided for gain the used life of plunger parts.
