    In the present investigation about SiCp/MR64 and its superplasticity,SiCp/MR64 exhibits a maximum tensile elongation of 210% at 500~520℃ for an initial strain rate of 8.33×10-3s-1.Size and volume of SiCp have a big effect on superplasticity.The superplastic ductility of SiCp/MR64 is lower than thatof other alloys is the result of high volume of cavities,and cavitation is the main reason which cause aweakening effect in the material.

    Wang Qingsui, Wu Zhongtang. Study of the Low Cycle Fatigue Behavior of a Cast Ni-Base Single Crystal Superalloy DD3 at Elevated Temperature[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1993, 0(1): 12-17.

    The cast Ni-base single crystal superalloy DD3 is the first one with high properties and lower cost developed by oneself in China.The superalloy DD3 has been trying out on a type engine.In this paper,the time-dependent fatigue behavior of the Ni-base single crystal superalloy DD3 has Investigated under LCF and creep fatigue Interaction at 760℃ temperature and the satisfactory life predictibility for the soperalloy DD3 is accomplished by a strain energy pertitioning (SEP) approach,therefore the single crystal superalloy DD3 for gas turbin blade is employed safely and reliably.The results of this study show that the method has excellent life predictibillty for the superalloy DD3.Finally,the fracture and microstructure of a single crystal superalloys DD3 is contrasted and discussed under LCF and creep fatigue Interaction at 760℃ temperature.

    By means of the structural design and technological research, a type of explosion-proof radome which has a good resistance to pressure and electric has been developed.This radome has been successfully applied to FLJ oil storehouse explosion-proof radar warning system,and put into a certain amount of trial-production.

    Tan Chengyu, Zheng Ziqiao, Liang Shuquan, Yin Dengfeng. The Effect of Ageing on the Stress Corrosion Behaviour of Al-Li (2091) Alloy[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1993, 0(1): 21-23.

    The stress corrosion behaviour of Al-Li (2091) alloy under various ageing conditions was studied in 3%NaCl+0.5%H2O2 solution.The results showed that 2091 alloy had better resistance to stress corrosion cracking than that of traditional 2024 (CZ) alloy.The fracture morphology of the tensile samples and the microsturcture were observed and analysed with SEM and TEM specifically.The mechanism of the stress corrosion cracking was discussed.
