    DZ22 alloy scrap such as runer, riser and rejected parts has been specially melted to make reverted alloy ingots.This study shows that its chemistry including impurities and gas content,micrestructure and mechanical properties are similar to those of virgin alloy ingots.The metallurgical quality of the thin wall hollow blades which were Cast Using the reverted alloy ingots have not degraded.It is considered that Hf-bearing DZ22 reverted alloy ingot may be used in blade production.

    Yan Dajing, Zhang Yudong, Wang Hongshun, Wang Shaoman. Effect of Ageing Condition on SCC Resistance and Exfoliation Corrosion Behavior of 7475 and 7050 Al Alloys[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1993, 0(2): 13-16.

    Transmission electron microstropy has been used to analyze the microstructures of 7475 and 7050 Alalloys in various ageing conditions.By the measurements of various properties,it is found that abnormalhigh-low temperature 2-step overageing treatment could effectively improve the SCC resistance withoutdeteriorating their high strength. Retrogression and reaging treatment was beneficial for enhancing theresistance to exfoliation corrosion of these alloys.

    Song Deyu, Gao Wen, Zhao Zhenye. The Influence of Screw Rolling Strengthening on 300M Steel Screw Fatigue Strength[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1993, 0(2): 17-19,16.

    The Influence of screw rolling strengthening on 300M steel screw fatigue life has been investigated inthis paper.The strengthening mechanism was studied also by means of X-ray stress analyzer、SEM andTEM.It was shown that the fatigue strength limitation of the specimen σ0.1=250MPa was improved to σ0.1=448MPa by screw rolling stringthening.The high macroscopic compressive residual stress、the increase indislocation density on the strengthening layer and the decrease in the screw surface roughness were the majorfactors to enhance fatigue strength.

    Short fibre alumina (80%Al2O3+20% SiO2)/Gr particulate reinforced Aluminium composites werefabricated by the Squeeze Infiltration process. The micrestructure、tensile behavior、friction and wear properties of this type of composites was iuvestigated.It was shown that the friction properties of this type ofcomposites were superior.The more the volume fraction of graphite is,the lower the frictional coefficientis.With the increasing of the volume fraction of short fibre alumina,the effect of particulate Gr becomesmore and more evident.Under larger wear stress, the friction coefficient and wear rate of this type of composites were decreased greatly by edding Gr particulate.According to the experiments and analysis, the wearmechanism of composite was varied by Gr.

    Sun Zhongzi, Chen Zhenchang. Corrosion Resistance of Amorphous Alloy Grain/Resin Matrix Composites[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1993, 0(2): 27-29.

    Amorphous Fe76Cr4P13C7 alloy powder is prepared using internal gyrate solution method. The compositeis obtained by adding proper amount of compound resin into the powder and press shaping to study its corrosion resistance characteristics.The results indicate that the composite has higher corrosion resistance in 1NH2SO4,1N HCl,1N H2SO4+0.5N NaCl, 1N NaOH and 3.5% NaCl than that of the alloy in the sameelectrolytes. By adding compound resin into amorphous powder and press shaping, the corrorion-resistantblock material can be obtained and it has the applicable value for industry.

    In this paper the bioceramic coating which was formed by peving HAP powders on TC4 alloy and thenlaser cladding was preliminary studied.The effects of the laser cladding processes on the composition,structures and properties of the bioceramic coating were also discussed.The results of the experiments show thatthe bioceramic coating with high bonding strength can be obtained by proper laser cladding processes.

    This paper analyses the way and the causes for cracking and spalling on nitrided case of 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo steel perts by ammonia nitriding, and deals with efficiency of ammonia-nitrogen nitriding and ion nitriding in elimination of defects on nitrided case.

    A method of the determination of single crystal 3-dimensional orientations using X-ray diffractometerhas been developed,and used to determine single crystal superalloy 3-dimensional orientations.The resultsindicate that the method is precise,adaptable and cheap.
