In this paper,the formation and control of Cr-depleted surface layer during vacuum heat treatment of single crystal blades is described.It is shown that when filling argon into the vacuum heat treatment furnace during hedting blades the Crb-depleted layer may be controlled as less than 50μm.

In order to give a clear quantitative relation between strength and hardness and find out those factors influencing the relation,contrast experiments have been made,and oringinal conditions,ageing regimes and microstructures of Al alloys have been analyzed.The results show that the main factors influencing the relation between strength and hardness are size and composition of precipitates,as well as oringinal deform condition.Besides,unhomogeneity of micrestructure,especially in low strength condition,will also disturb the relation.Therefore,the investigation will give a way to estimate high-strength Al alloy’s strength by the hardness measured in industrial production.

From the point of improving the metallurgical quality of steel melt,the metallurgical characteristic of CaO refractories,and its disadvantages have been discussed.The various ways for improving the hydration resistance of CaO refractories are summarized and commented on,and it is proposed in this paper that adding chemical additions for improving the hydration resistance of CaO refractories is feasible and economic.

In vibration fatigue test,the ears of the explosion protection band is fractured.After microscopic and macroscopic analysis of the fracture surface,it is found that the fracture sources are in the the connected area of stamping kink mark and the matrix.The reason of the fracture is mechanical fatigue damage completely which is connected with assembly experiments etc.
