    The SCP/2O24Al composites containing Ti were fabricated by powder metallurgy technique.It wasindicated that part of Ti reacted with Al to form Al3Ti under the fabrication condition of composites.Thecoarse Al3Ti/Ti particle decreases the room-temperature tensile strength and ductility of the composites,but can increase the yield strength and elastic modulus.

    A mid-temperature-cure resin system (3251) composed of an accelerator D substituted dicyardiamideand CTBN-DGEBA is invented.It is found that there is a good compatibility in acetone between the components in 3251 system,so the resin can be benefit to prepare a prepreg with high qualities and requirementsof curing at a moderate temperature.The composite based on the matrix and E glass cloth has a more advenced mechanical characteristics and ideal wet-heat-age properties.

    In thee Paper, the cure mechanism of BMI resin System is Studied by Fourier Transform Infrared Spec-troscopy(FT-IR) and Dynamic Mechanical Analyser (DMA).It is found that high temperature isfavourable to the production of -CH2-,but not φ-O-C,and the cure degree is increased effectivelywith the raising cure temperature,no with prolonging cure time.The mechanical results of this compositecoincide with the viewpoint of above.

    The appliance dynamic Thermogravimetry (TG) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)memthod, the heat decomposition reaction dynamics of PC/CaCO3/NBR composite systems have been usingthe dynamics techniques of TG and DSC in the air.The overall apporent perameter for the hat-decomposition has been found for the PC/CaCO3/NBR composite systems.The paper forecast the heat-resisting lifeof PC/CaCO3/NBR composite systems.

    In the present paper,both the process and new grain boundary of austenite recrystallized of 300M ultra high strength steel have been Oserved insitu by means of high-temperature metalloscope and TEM.The.results show that the new grain boundary of austenite recrystallized crosses the lath structure and consistedof high density dislocation.The austenite recrystallization mechanism is suggested in terms of experimental observations mentioned above.

    A new Zn-Ti alloys coating was obtained The data from salt solution immersion,neutral salt spraytest and outdoor exposure test are reported.The results for that the cprrosion resistance of the coating isevidently superior to that of Zn coating and has only sligh differences with that of cd coating.Under thecondition of 75%σbH,notched bars can endure for over 200h before fracture.The Standard of hydrogenbrittleness was satisfied.The new coating is applicable to the protection of high-strength steel.

    In this way,the sample should be dissolved in dilute nitric acid,evaporated to dryness,burnt into nitrate oxide with the temperature raised to 400℃,and ground to powder.Then the sample should be evokedby arc light to be analyzed with spectroscopic pure carbon as buffer.The accuracy can be within Mg4.4%, Fe 7.4%, Pb 2.7%, Sn 3.1%. It has already been used in production.

    P-Aminohippuric Acid chlorophosphonazo red in acidic medium and reacts with RE to form blue-violet complexs,which gives a high absorption at 680nm.This proposed method has high selectivity,stability and sensitiveness and has been successfully applied to determine the Total RE in 2024 Aluminium alloyswith satisfactory results.
