    The necessity for assigned vendors system of aviation process materials is discued. The implicationand the type of aviation process materials,the procedure and the characteristic of examination and approvalof aviation process materials at home and abroad are intrtoduced. In authors' view, to unity the approval ofasslgned vendors system of aviation process materials is fit to our national conditions. Finally,the principleof putting the major before the general and putting the ease before the difficulty for asslgned vendors system of ayiation proress materials in China is recommend.

    Structurtes,precipitaion of carbides and dislocation structures in 1Cr12Ni3Mo2VA martensitic stainlesssteel at different tempering tempratures are explained. The study shows that adavantageous comblnationproporties are obtained after heat treating of austenization at 1050℃ for 1 hour and air queching to roomtemporature and aging at 650℃ for 2 hours air ccoling.

    The new type of 65Nb die steel after quenching and temporing,the sample surfaces of which were bomborded with N+ heam, was made research on abrasion resistance by means of the interferometry. The optimum process of N+ beam bombardiment on abrasion resistance was given. This preeess was used for the crossed punch of 65Nb,the average life-span of which was increased greaily.

    The methods of measureing the electrical resistivity of liquid metal have ben reviewed. The instrument of electrical resistivity meastirement by four-probe methed has been deaigned and made.     The methods of physical simulation are exporimental science combined thcory with experiment on the basis of similar principle. It is important method to study straim field and stress field in forging process. In this peper, similar conditions of physical simulation in forging process are discussed. The methods of physical simulation and simulant materials which are commonly used in forging process are compared. Finally,it is noted that physical simulation in forging preeess must be researched for raising qulity of important closed die forgings of powder suporalloy turbine disk and landing gear before forged material object.
