    The development of ultrahigh-strength steels containing high Co and high Ni HY180、AF1410 and AerMet100 is discribed in this review.The AerMet 100 steel has outstanding combination of properties:high strength and hardness with high fracture toughness and ductility,and offers exceptional resistance to stress-corrosion cracking and fatigue compared with other ultrahihg-strength steels.This steel will have wider application prcopects.

    Zhang Saowei, Xiao Kui. The Effect of Cooling Rate from Solution Treatment on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of low Thermal Expansion Alloy Incoloy907[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1994, 0(11): 19-.

    The effect of cooling rate from solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Incoloy 907 has been studied in various media.It was determined that rapid cooling after solution treatment resulted in extensive precipitation of ξ phase,improvements in 540℃ notch stress rupture life and decreases in tensile strength.Howerer,slow cooling from solution treatment had a quite reverse result.Results of this investigation property through control of the cooling rate after solution treatment.

    Zhong Ping, Gu Baozhu. The Influnces of Aging Temperatures on Microstructure and Mechnical Properties of 16NiCo Steel[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1994, 0(11): 23-.

    The influence of aging process on microstructure and mechnical properties of 16NiCo steel have been studied.The results show that steel aged at 440℃ shows secondary-hardening peak.This is attributed to M2C coherent precipitated at matrix dislocations.Aging at 420~440℃ tempered martensite embrittlement was observed.Temper embrittlement which occurs at 550℃ tempering is reversible.

    The report researched the micrcatructure and mechanical properties in different arca of ZT3 casting titanium case formed from chill and machined graphite build-up molds centrifugal casting processes.Results showed that then were stable and dependable for microstructure and mechanical properties of ZT3 casting titanium case.It was fully satisfactory for demands on aero-engine using.It can work safetyand dependably for a long time.

    In this paper the thermal stresses in bonded joints of dissimilar materiais and some influence factors are discussed.It is pointed that the matching of material properties and joint geometry is fundamental to the thermal stresses relaxation in the design of joints of dissimilar materials.

    A new type of measuring system for the exponsion coefficient of coating is described in this paper.It is made of the main machine and the electronic control system.The new measuring system can be used to determine the thermal expansion coefficient of material surface coating by surface processing technology in micron or sub-micron scale,and for the other study on coating expansion.
