    High conductivity, high strength coppor based alloys are a series of promsing ftinctional materials.In recent years,remarhable achievement has been taken in the study, development and application of high conductivity,high strength copper based alloys.In this poper,the basic principles and fabricating processings of high conductivity,high strength copper based alloys were described.A summary of the stndy and application of high conductivity,high strength copper based alloys was given.Besides,the future of development and application of high conductivity,high strength copper based alloys was also presented.

    Fined-grain Y-TZP ceramics have been found to exhibit superplasticity in recent years and this discovery has attracted much interest.In China it has been found that Y-TZP can be elongated to failure of more than 240% at 1723K Superplasticity of Y-TZP has been studied extensively in Japan and U.S.Although the experimental observations of large deformation of Y-TZP are in some ways similar to those reported in numerous metallic alloys,some impomnt differences are also necessity consider the grain size,relationship between the steadystate flow stress and the imposed rain rate, and the change f stress exponent.

    Han Guangwei, Feng Di, Ye Wujun. Hardening Effect of Fine Dispersion of Disordered γin a Recrystallized Ni3 Al Based Alloy[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1995, 0(7): 16-19.

    A Ni3Al based alloy hardened by fine dispersion of disordered γ has been obtained by controlling composion and treating preeess.Investigution by TEM shows that the fine dispersion of γ preeiptates from {001} Plane of γ’matrix and is perfectly coherent with it.Tensile experiments at various temperatures shows that the peak temperature of yield strength of the Ni3Al based alloy is increased up to about 850℃,and its yield strength and tensile strength at high temperatures as well as strain bardening rate below thepeak temperature are markedly increased comporing with IC-218 alloy, which is because of the hardeningeffect of the fine dispersion,The fracture surfaces of tensile spoimens are analysed hy SEM and the hardening mechanism of fine dispersion of γ is investigated.

    In this paper,effect of phenolic expoxy matrix modified by bismaleimide Systems and the cured processing technique on the composites interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) have been studied.Shear sections ofthe composites have been analysed by SEM method.The results indicate that when modified bismaleimide put in the phenolic expoxy matrix,ILSS of the composites is increaed by 10%.

    Tang Xin, Liu Faxin, Yang Aide, Yuan Wenming. Investigation of K417 Fine Grain Casting Thermal Parameters[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1995, 0(7): 23-25.

    Ihe thermal process parameters of K417 fine grain casting have been investigated in this paper. The yesults show that the sound fine grain castings of K417 can been obtained,while the pouring temperature is controlled within P +29℃~P+50℃,and the mold temperature is controlled within 900-1000℃.The main advantage of the fine grain castings over conventional castings is that the low-cycle fatigue life is increased by a factor of 3~4.

    Through modification on tne hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy by a type of combined modifier,α-Algrains beame much fine, well-distributed and the branches was incrcaed.After holding for four hours orremelting five times at the melted temperature,the alloy can still keep the sarne modificated effect.Themodificated microstucture is beneficial is teneficial to the granulahng of the eutectic silicon during heat treatment.As aresult,the comprehensive mechanical properties improved greatly.

    The microstructures in an ultra high strength steel after continuous ccoling and low temperature isothermal transformations were researched.The results show that there is an ageing stage in martensite and bainite during continuous cooling or low temperature isothermal transformation.Its structural feanire istweed papettern.The orientation relationship between the transition carbide and matrixboes not conform to the well-established Jack orientation relationship,but a now one.Transition carbides may emay emerge directlyfrom the the rweed structure.

    X-ray diffraction patterns of the aromatic polymer composite APC-2 have been analysis in this.paper.From the experimental data analyzed with linear analyztion method,there is a rcasonable linear relationship between crystallinity of APC-2 and the hc/ha ratio.That is Xc=103.8hc/ha +2.98.So a simple calculating method of crystallinity is required.Using this method,we studied the relationship of crystallinity and heat treatment.
