    Since 80's, the developments in the field of single crystal(SC)suporalloys and the technology are very rapid.The first generation,second generation and third generation SC alloys being used accelerate greatiy the porformance growth of various aero-engines and land-industrial gas turbines. The SC alloy and technology development possesses a series of important characteristics,and their application range is extending. It can been predicted that the SC alloys will still be a main blade material of the advanced gas turbine engines in the next long poriod.In our country, the reseach of SC alloys and tachnology has obtained great achievements, but still being behind the present foreign precedent level.

    Ma Yongqing, Yu Zhiwei, Xu Xiaolei, Guan Delin. Carbides Transformation of 7Cr2WMoVSi Steel in Process of Heat Treatment[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1995, 0(8): 22-24.

    The carbides transformation of 7Cr2WMoVSi steel in the heat treatment has been studied.The results show that the size of carbides decreases with lowing annealing temperature, and uniform and fine spheroidizing structure can be obtained when annealing temperature is 780~800℃.When austenitizing temperature is 940~980℃,M3C and M23C6 can be soluted completely, but there are still more M6C and VC, which can effectively hinder the growing of austenite grains. With raising tempering temperature,M3C,M23C6,M6C and VC precipitate in order. The different precipitation processes improve the tempering resistance of the steel.

    Li Zongxia, Gong Zhanghan, Jiang Yishou. Discussion and Research on Friction Unstability of Friction Plate of Clutch in Windlass for Raising Bombs[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1995, 0(8): 25-27.

    Clutch structure and work condition of windlass for raising bombs are discussed in this paper. The change of contact area,thick of oil film and condition of friction surface of friction couple are main factors that influence friction stability. Suitable particle size of raw material and process parameters are used-to improve friction stability. Cu-based friction plate with hardness 30~40HB has better friction stability.

    Microstructures of interfaces and matrix in particulates reinforced Al-4%Mg composites were investigated. The formation mechanism was discussed. Results showed that SiO2 particle and matrix were reaction-bonded, while Al2O-3,SiC particles and matrix mechanically bonded.

    Short carbon fiber-lead bronze composite made through powder metallurgy was studied. The hardness and density of the specimens made with different sintering process was measured, and the microstructure and bending fracture morphology was examined by scanning electron microscopy so as to determine the effective composite fabrication process.

    Zhang Jie, Zhou Youlong, Niu Jitai. A Study of Superplastic Forming and Diffusion Bonding of Al-6Mg Alloy[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1995, 0(8): 35-37.

    Superplastic forming and diffusion handing(SPF/DB)of Al-6Mg alloy was investigated. Experimental results show that the grains of the Al-6Mg alloy was refined by rolling deformation and recrystallization,and SPF/DB of the alloy was successfully carried out.The interface of the DB joint was analyzed by EPMA. Moreover,the internal relation and metallic behaviour between SPF and DB techniques was initially analyzed.

    This paper described the technological process of Ti-15-3 alloy tube and its processing properties, as well as the effect of heat treatment on its mechanical properties are studied. The microstructure and texture type of the tube has been investigated by optical microscope and X-ray diffraction methods.

    Ding Chuanfu, Chen Meiying, Wu Youjin, Cao Dingguo. Experimental Investigation of Corrosion Fatigue Properties for Mechanical Fastener Joints of Hydroplane[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1995, 0(8): 41-44.

    The fatigue properties for the mechanical fastener joints of hydroplane in corrosion environments is re-searched in this paper. The results showed that the fatigue life to fastener joints was reduced in corrosion environments in a large numter of case. Among the environments tested,the most severe effects of fog on fatigue life was doubleshear sealed fastener by riveted bond.The detail fatigue rating(DFR)and the reliability life for the mechanical fastener joints is given.

    Jia Jinduo, Dong Tianxiang. Determination of Ni in TiNiCu Shape Memory Alloy and Coefficient of Coverting Cu Content into Ni Content[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1995, 0(8): 45-47.

    In this paper, Ni content in TiNiCu shape memory alloy is determined,and a coefficient of coverting Cu content into Ni content is researched. In(CH26 N4 buffer solution at pH5.5,excess EDTA is titrated by using Cu-Zn mixing solution. The end point is sensitive and easily observed. Ni content can be accurately obtained by using the coefficient.
