With this program,we can calculate more accuratly and quickly. So it is very practical.

    Yuan Zhenghua. The Flow Characteristics of Resin into Fiber Reinforcement Lay-up in RTM[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1995, 0(9): 14-17.

    The flow characteristics study of fluids into fiberglass and carbon fiber lay-up using corn syrup with a 100 cps viscosity is described in this paper.The results show that flow rate depends on push pres-sure strongly. There is a remarkable influence of fiber orientation on flow front and flow rate,In addition,tunneling phenomena occur in various fiber orientation lay-up, especially in the lay-up containing 0°layers. The results of data analyses using Darcy's law are presented in the paper.

    Qin Zirui, Li Longsheng, Yao Man. Precipitated Phase in Cast Nickel-Base Hastelloy C Alloy and Influence of Precipitates on Corrosion Behaviour of the Alloy[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1995, 0(9): 18-21,10.

    In this research,a combination of optical microscope,x-ray diffraction spectrum,EMPA and TEM is used to investigate the morphology,composition, structure and condition of formation of precipitated phase in cast Cr-Mo-W containing Hastelloy-C alloy aimed to use in “oxidation-reduction” composite harsh corrosive medium. The influence of chromium content of precipitated phase and sensitization time on the corrosion-resistant property of the alloy is emphatically researched.Experimental results show that,in Hastelloy-C alloy,phases of p,μ,M6C and small amount of a precipitated during sensitization in the temperature range from 800℃ to 1200℃ are found, and minimum amount of precipitates in the alloy sensitized at 900℃. The larger amount the precipitates and the more severe the richness of Cr and Mo in precipitates,the poorer the resistance of alloy to pitting corrosion and intergranular corrosion. Long sensitization time can also decrease the resistance to pitting and intergranular corrosion. However,the degree of general corrosion of alloy is not remarkably affected.

    The effects of laser shock processing on fatigue life of aluminum alloy have been investigated in this paper.The experiments showed marked increases in fatigue life by laser shock processing LY12CZ aluminum alloy plate containing simulated fastener holes.The reasons of improvement fatigue life have been discussed.

    Li Shijia, Jin Xuejun, He Jianping. Effect of Pre-Heat Treatment in Argon on the High Temperature Oxidation Characteristics of Ni-B4C-RE Electrodeposits in Air[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1995, 0(9): 27-29,32.

    In this paper,the oxidation characteristics of Ni-B4C-RE electrodeposits which carried on pre-heat treatment in argon at 800℃ in air have been systematically studied. Experiments shown that after heat treatment in argon,the initial B4C particles in deposits were gradually decomposed and eliminated, while thenew phase Ni3B had formed. During these deposits were subjected to oxidation,more anti oxidized and homogeneous oxide scale Ni3B2O6 could be produced. The rare earth might promote the formation of new phase Ni3B in course of heat treatment,which further icreased the oxidation resistance of deposits.

    Chemical removal process of Al-Si coating on directionally solidified superalloy has been investigated.It is pointed out that the primary factors that affect coating-removed process are the thickness and aluminum content of the coating concerning the coating's effects.

    The purpose of this paper is mainly to discuss the duplex sealing technique and the performance of the duplex sealing film. The analysis testifies that the duplex sealing film has even better anti-corrosion performance than the film sealed by potassium dichromate.

    A mathematic model of E-CO-T multiple parameters controlling carbon potential is established, based on cquilibrium theory. N2+CH3OH+C6H6 is used to form situ-atmosphere of nitrogen-based carburizing in pit furnace. An MCC-103C controlling systcm attains data of CO,E,T of carburizing atmosphere and controls the cabon potential.The precision of carbon potential controlling is 0.0035%C,of temperature ±1℃.
