摘要

环氧/酚醛树脂体系是制造玻璃钢的常用体系。玻璃钥的增强增韧与其固化作用密切相关。本文以动态热分析(DTA)对环氧/酚醛体系加入表面处理剂后的系统进行动力学分析,测得其反应速度常数;同时也用付里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对该系统进行分析,计算出其环氧基的变化倍数。结果表明:LBE稀土表面处理剂对环氧树脂的固化有促进作用,并且LBE与硅烷偶联剂复合对表面处理的效果更显著。

Abstract

Epoxy/phenolic resin system is usually used to manufacture glass fiber reinforced plastics.The enhancing toughness of glass fiber reinforced plastic is closely related to the degree of its curing.In this Pa-per,the kinetics of epoxy/phenolic resin, which treated with surface treatment agent, was studied by DTA method, and the rate constant of curing reaction was calculated. The amount of epoxy group,which changed in this system,was measured by FTIR method.The results indicated that LBE rare-earth surface treatment agent a promotion effect on curing reaction of epoxy resin.Especially,the presence of a coagent,silance coupling agent, give more effective surface treatment results.
