对新型废热锅炉16MnR高低温管板作温度场和热应力分析,编制了相应的三维有限元程序.并对新型高、低温管板模拟实验模型进行了实验应力分析,实验结果与有限元计算结果吻合尚好.这对于管板的延寿和安全运行提供了一定的理论依据.
Abstract
In this paper,the temperature field and thermal stress are analyzed for an 16MnR tubesheet with higher and lower temperature parts. A three-dimensional finite element code is programmed. Experimental measurement of stresses versus strain gauges is performed on a tubesheet model. The test results agree fairly well with the analysis. This work provides some basis for life extension and safe operation of the waste heat boilers.
