摘要

用氯气(Cl₂)与硼纤维生产过程回收尾气BCl₃中的丁硼烷(B₄H₁₀)进行反应,实现了硼纤维生产过程中BCl₃的循环利用。

Abstract

The recycling of boron trichloride(BCl₃) during boron fibre production may be realized by the reaction between Cl₂ and B₄H₁₀ included in BCl₃ which was retrieved during CVD boron fibre production.
