以聚碳硅烷为原料,运用三叶型纺丝组件,通过熔融纺丝,制备出了异型截面聚碳硅烷纤维.研究了纺丝温度、压力、牵伸速度对纤维异形度和当量直径的影响,确立了异型截面聚碳硅烷纤维的熔融纺丝工艺.
Abstract
By trilobal spinning subassembly,the shaped polycarbosilane fibers were prepared from polycarbosilane by melt spinning.The effects of spinning temperature,spinning pressure and drawing velocity on the degree of profile and effective diameter of the fibers were studied and the preparation processing of shaped polycarbosilane were determined.
