摘要

研究了熔模精密铸造中作为陶瓷壳型粘结剂的硅溶胶中的SiO₂胶体颗粒大小对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,较小的SiO₂粒径对涂料的粘度、涂挂性和悬浮性有利。

Abstract

The effect of SiO₂ particle size in silica sol, as an adhesive of ceramic shell for investment casting, on the slurry properties has been investigated. The results show that the smaller SiO₂ particle size is favorable to the viscosity, suspensibility and adhesiveness.
