摘要

采用粉末冶金法制备了SiC颗粒增强铝基梯度复合材料,研究了其疲劳裂纹扩展行为及其亚临界裂纹扩展行为。疲劳裂纹从30%SiC层向5%SiC层扩展时,发生了裂纹扩展延滞;而在静载下,当裂纹从30%SiC层向5%SiC层扩展时,随着裂纹长度的增加其裂纹扩展阻力增大。

Abstract

The SiCp/Al graded composite was fabricated by powder metallurgy processing and its fatigue crack growth behavior and subcritical crack propagation behavior were investigated. Fatigue crack growth was in direction of from 30% to 5%SiC layer under sinusoidal wave-form. The retardation of fatigue crack growth was found. Under monotonic loading, it was found that crack resistance increases with crack extension when crack growth was in direction of from 30% to 5%SiC layers.
