摘要

通过显微组织观察和室温拉伸实验,研究了微量Sc对Al-Cu-Li合金微观组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:在Al-Cu-Li合金中加入0.10%(质量分数,下同)Sc消除了合金铸态枝晶组织,有效抑制合金再结晶,明显提高了合金的强度和塑性,添加0.15%Sc显著细化合金铸态晶粒组织,合金强度基本不变而塑性进一步提高,但添加0.25%Sc促进合金再结晶,降低合金强度。在本实验中,Sc的理想加入量约为0.10%~0.15%。

Abstract

The effect of minor Sc additions on microstructure and tensile property of Al-Cu-Li alloys has been investigated by observation of microstructure and tensile test at room temperature.The results show that addition of 0.10% scandium can obvious improve the strength and elongation,eliminate the dendrite,and strongly restrain recrystallization of the alloys.The addition of 0.15% scandium causes obvious grain refinement,keeps invariable strength,and increases elongation further.Whereas the addition of 0.25% scandium accelerates recrystallization and reduce the strength of the alloy.The favorable addition of Sc is about 0.10%~0.15% under the experimental conditions.
