摘要 采用陶瓷弹丸对DD6单晶高温合金进行喷丸,研究喷丸后DD6单晶表面形貌、表面粗糙度、表面层组织结构、显微硬度等表面完整性性能变化。结果表明:喷丸后,DD6单晶表面完整性性能发生较大变化,表面层组织产生严重塑性形变,表面粗糙度Ra升高,然而,采用特定参数喷丸后,表面粗糙度上升的同时,表面应力集中系数反而下降。喷丸后DD6单晶表面γ相和γ’相均发生剧烈的位错增殖,起到组织强化的作用。两种工艺喷丸后,表面显微硬度HV基本一致,达到620,比原始的磨削表面提高44%,加工硬化显著。

Abstract:DD6 single crystal superalloy was employed to investigate the effect of ceramic-shot-peening on surface integrity, such as surface morphology, surface roughness,microstructure and microhardness.The results show that significant change of surface integrity takes place, and that severe plastic deformation is observed on the surface with the roughness Ra increasing. With the increasing of the Ra, stress concentration coefficient decreases when using the specific parameter. Dislocation multiplication occurrs on the phase γ and γ' of DD6 single-crystal superalloy after shot peening(SP), which induces structure hardening. Furthermore, the surface microhardness reaches 620, which is 44% higher than as-received after two SP processes.
