摘要 本文用强迫振动非共振法对分别采取不同固化工艺参数制备的玻璃布/环氧树脂复合材料进行了动态力学性能的测试和研究。结果表明,各项动态力学参量与固化工艺参数间有着相当密切的关系,能够较直接地反映出树脂的交联度和界面强度等重要性能;可以很灵敏地区分不同固化工艺的差别,因而可以为新材料研制和固化工艺的改进提供一个有效的动态力学检测手段。

Abstract:The characteristics of dynamic mechanical measurement is quick and non-destructive. Especially, the frequency spectra as well as the temperature spectra can be obtained simultaneously by dynamic mechanical method, which makes it possible to investigate the cure reaction mechanism on the basis of investigating macroscopic dynamic mechanical character of the composites, so that the quality of curing technology can be effectively determined. In this paper, the effect of curing condition of glass-fabric/epoxy composites on dynamic mechanical parameters has been investigated by using forced vibration non-resonance means. The results show that the dynamic mechanical parameters have good correlation with the curing technology.
