Abstract:By using conductivity method with dimethylglyoxime solution in ethanol,the Ni content in the nickel alloy is determined.In the NH3solution,disturbing ion Cu (Ⅱ) is covered by thiourea and Mn (Ⅱ)、Co (Ⅱ) are oxidized to Mn (Ⅳ) and Co (Ⅲ) by H2O2,other metal ions do not affect the determination.The result of the determination is similar to dimethylglyoxime gravimetric method-This method is not affected by the color,turbidity of the solution and characterized by accuracy,high speed and few disturbances which suitable for the analysis of Ni content in nickel alloy.
