Abstract：The wear properties of Al2O3-copper alloy composites prepared by sintering were investigated under the condition of dry friction.Some Al2O3 particles were electroless plated with copper or nickel so as to get the composites with different interfacial bonding strength.The effects of interfacial bonding strength,particle size and volume fraction on the wear properties of the composites were studied in this paper.
