Wang Le'an. Proposals Concerning the Technology Reform of Forging Process and Its Equipments for Jet Engine Blades[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1990, 0(5): 4-7.

The blade forging technology which can not meet the requirements of the production for modern jet eugine in our country is proposed to have a reform both at equipments and process. The damaged presses of hot die forging should be superseded by the modern presses;the presses of hot die forging which have been put in to the service normally should have new type die holders, and to forge the precision blades by using the method of precision forging with kiss plates. This principle is suited to the forging technology reform of automobile parts, tractor parts and turbogenerator blades also.

Zhou Ruifa. The Influence of Forging Parameters on Structure and Properties of Superalloys (一)[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1990, 0(5): 8-16.

In this paper, the influence of various deformation temperature, deformation degree and deformation velocity on structure and properties of superalloys in forging process was discussed. The result shows that the better fatigue properties are achieved under the fine grain size and the plastic grain boundaries. It is important to control the forging temperature and solution treatment temperature lower rather than higher. In this paper, some new processes, for example, the fine grain treatment, thermal mechanical treatment and direct ageing treatment, etc., were suggested.

Zang Xinshi, Shen Renqiu. Design and Research of ZGCr17Ni4Cu3 Casting Stainless Steel[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1990, 0(5): 21-24.

In this paper, the recommended chemical composition and reasonable chromium-nickel equivalent ratio of ZGCr17 Ni4Cu3 casting stainless steel are proposed. The processing of melting, casting, heat treatment and welding is discussed. The long-term testing of the engine parts made of this steel shows that this steel is successful.

Hu Shaozhi. Application of Hollow Glass Microspheres in Aeronautical and Aerospace Materials[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1990, 0(5): 25-27.

The bollow glass mterospberes bare the characteristics of low gravity, high heat resistance, low thermoconductivity, low electrocondactivity, fire-resistance and good chemical attack resistance. So it can be used to make many kinds of light sealants and adhesires, if it is mixed with the fluid resins or robbers. For example, fire-resisting wall sealants, thermal insulating adhasives, abrasive materials, sound-absorbing materials, low dielectric constant and dielectric loss insulating casting compounds etc, they all can be used for aeronautical and aerospace materials.

Sun Lianchao, Tan Rongsheng, Zhang Jinping. Relationship between Properties Change and Microstructure in the Zinc-Aluminium Alloy[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1990, 0(5): 30-31,56.

The properties stability of the Zn-27wt% Al alloy has been studied. The cast structure and the ageing structure have been observed with SEM and TEM. The relationship curve between hardness and ageing time has been determined. In addition, the mechanism made properties change has been analysed in this paper.

The surface alloying by double-glow discharge technique is an updated technology in the field of surface alloying. The United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, French, Swiss and Belgium have granted the patent rights for the surface alloying of double-glow discharge techniquse. In this paper, the present situation and development of the surface alloying by double-glow discharge technique are introduced. The study and the application of double-glow discharge surface metallizing process have been applied on the surface alloying of commercial steels and their workpieces.

Liu Yi. Plasma CVD Technology and Its Application[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1990, 0(5): 36-38.

This paper introduces the recent development of the plasma CVD technology and its application. The plasma CVD technolgy is an important fundamental manufacture technology for the semicondutors. It is particularly suitable for surface treatment of metal parts. The part surface treated by the plasma CVD technolgy has high resistances of heat oxidation, corrosion and wear.

Xie Shaojin, Chen Rongji. The Determination of Trace Elements in Copper and Copper Alloys by ICP[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1990, 0(5): 39-40.

The simultaneous determination of the common trace elements (Mn, Fe, Si, Ni, Zn, Mg, Al) in copper and copper alloys was investigated by the using HC1-HNO3-HF to treat the samples and analyzed by ICP. Two pure copper and six copper alloy standard samples were analyzed by this method. The data of accuracy and precision show that this method is satisfactory. The problem of lower Si determination value, which is caused by undisssolved silicon, when using HCl-HNO3 to treat the samples was solved.

Xu Changgan. The Microstructure of Material under Scanning Electro-Microscopy[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1990, 0(5): 41-43.

The metallograph analysis method with scanning eletro-microscopy has been available obviously than with light microscopy. Under SEM we could conveniently unreservedly exchange magnifying power and observe the three-dimentional stereopictures of material microstructure which could't been observed under light microscope. The stationary potential deep-etching method is most available than other method to prepare for metallograph analyses on SEM. If popularized this method that would be effective to analyze the microstructure of metals and to increase applicable range of SEM in metallograph analysis.
