    Suspended rheology tensile testing machine (SRTTM) has been used to investigate the elevated temperature plastic deformation of TiAl-based alloy with full-lamellar microstructure. It has been found that the alloy could show 7 5.5% high elogation when the strain rate was kept stability,The dynamic recrystallization has caused the formation of single γ phase grains and resulted in the appearance of mixed sizes of grains under proper conditions.The existence of serrated grain boundaries and mixed sizes of grains were thought as the main causes of the tensile fracture.

    The effect of yttrium oxide dispersoid distribution on the 980℃ rupture life of an ODS nickel-based superalloy MGH 754 was investigated.The block accumulation of oxide dispersoid because of being not complete of MA process results in cavity production on grain boundaries. By improving MA process, the block accumulation of oxide dispersoid can be eliminated and the high temperature rupture property can be improved.

    The effects of aluminium and oxygen elements on the mechanical properties and cold formability of the Ti-15-3 titanium alloy have been studied,this artical also gives the range of chemical composition control which provides basis for stable indusity production of the alloy. To counter the condition of our country,an aging treatment which can provide the same strength level of 30CrMnSiA structural steel has been proposed,the corresponding mechanical properties have been studied.

    The metatitanate which is a middle product under the industrial manufacture was used as a materials producing PTCR(Positive Temperature Coefficiet thermosensitive Resistance). That has been studied in this paper.The effect of calcining temperatures and abrasive conditions on the properties of composite ceramic has been investigated.The results showed that the semiconductify condition of ceramic,calcining temperature of metatitanate and abrasive conditions of a raw materiaes have been closely related.If metatitanate was calcined at temperature above 800℃ or after having been milled by ball it was calcined withn temperatures below 800℃,the ceramic could have semiconductified.

    Zang Lanying. Effects of Trace Mg and Zr on Service Performance of GH4133B Turbine Disk[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1996, 0(8): 17-20.

    The effects of trace Mg and Zr on the high temperature north rupture strength and low cycle fatigue of GH 4113B turbine disk were investigated.Microstructure and fracture was observed and analysed by SEM, TEM.The results shown that trace Mg and Zr alloying improves grain boundary condition, fines, disperses and spheroidizes carbide at grain boundary, finely combines strength and plasticity at grain boundary. Rupture strength,plasticity,and life fo low cycle fatigue of alloy is increased,and north sensitivity is eliminated.

    The factors that have effect on shock toughness of powder forging steel and progress for improving shock toughness of powder forging steel at home and abroad in recent years are analysed and discussed. We carried out experiment decreasing oxygen content of powder forging steel and heat treatment to increas shock toughness of powder forging steel.It is found that shock toughness of powder forging part can be increased obviously by diffusion annealing for long time.

    The measures of induction heating with copper pipe casing the unheated part and cooling immedinately in water after forging were taken in the present work to ensure the excellent properties of the head forged bolts of MP159 alloy. Because of the increasing of the temperature gradient on the neck section of the bolt,the microstructure both in the bolt head and neck are optimized,and recrystallization of the cold deformed microstructure near the neck is prevented.

    The interfacial bonding strength and its influential factors between the electroless SiCp/Ni-P composite coatings and steel substrate are investigated in this paper.It is found that the component and stress status in the layer 5μm thick over the coating/substrate interface play a dominant role in controlling the interfacial bond,Beyond this layer, the change of SiCp sizes has no influence on the bond.An appropriate heat treatment can improve the bond.

    Thermal stress due to temperature change during fabrication of fiber-reinforced ceramic composites has been analyzed on the basis of elastic cylinder theory and shear-lag model.We further contemplete two distinct situations based on the new model that considers interface layer mechanical and thermal properties effects,(i) consider the interface shear effect,(ii) not consider the interface shear effect.Finally, we compared it with BHE’s results.

It is emphasised on the influence of SiC whisker or particulate on the hardening characteristics and kinetic process of precipitation of the matrix alloy,and the mechanism of accelerated ageing in the SiCw(p)/Al composites as well as the related factors influencing ageing response of the compoites.
