    Wen Ming, Wang Baozhu, Ma Xiaoli. The Computer Drawing of Overcooling Austenite Isothermal Temperature Transformation Diagram(TTT)[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1996, 0(11): 12-14.

    The isothermal temperature transformation diagram(TTT) is an important basis to formulate a heat-treatment technololgy of steels. In this paper, the data measured are processed by the method of section parabola insertion. The curve fitting is realized. The programme of drawing TTT diagram that is on the coordinate of half logarithms has been designed by using BASIC language. Then the program me is connected with Auto CAD, under supporting CAD software, the accurate practical beautiful TTT diagram is drawed automatically.

    Tan Yongning, Zhao Xihong, Yu Qian, Xiao Chengbo, Han Yafang. Effect of Boron in Ni3Al-base Alloy IC-6[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1996, 0(11): 15-16.

    The effect of boron on castability and stress-rupture property of directionally solidified Ni3Al-base alloy IC-6 was investigated. The results shown that proper increasing of boron addition can reduce amount of microporosity and crack tendency of the alloy. Because of the over increase of boron addition, the strip boride was precipitated and the stress-rupture life was shortened at high temperture.

    The mechanical properties of argon-arc welding joints of ultra-high-strength steel 16Co14Ni10Cr2MoA were introduced, and were compared analytically with those of welding joints of ultra-high-strength steel 40CrMnSiMoVA,metalloscope and electron microscope were used to determine the microstructure. The results show that the steel possesses excellent weldability, the joints have not only high strength, but also sufficient plasticities and ductilities.

    He Yong, Wang Yinzhen, Wang Zhongping, He Yunjia. Study on the Microstructure and Properties of Welding HAZ of Al-Li Alloy Containing Rare-Earth[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1996, 0(11): 29-29.

    The microstructure and mechanical properties of the welding heat affected zone (HAZ) of Al-Li alloy containing rare-earth cerium are investigated. The effects and mechanism of the additions of cerium and thermal cycling peak temperature are also discussed. The results show that welding thermal cycles will lead to HAZ softening and the softening degradation can be reduced and the plastisity of HAZ can be improved by adequate additions of cerium for which can restrain recrystallization, grain growth as well as dissolution, collection and growth of T1 phase.

    Zhao Dongmei, Zhang Danwen, Zhao Xintu. Low Cycle Fetigue of Spring Made of Precipitation Hardening Stainless Steel[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1996, 0(11): 30-33.

    Low cycle fatigue properties and fracture of spring made of precipitation hardening stainless steel Cr12Mn5Ni4Mo3Al are investigated. It is indicated that J and α’ phase, separated form δferrite during aging at 520℃, induced fatigue crack is main factor decreaseing fatigue life, and fatigue life can be greatly increased with aging at 300℃.

    Using the small ring forging to simulate to the big ring forging, the effect of deformation temperature and deformation degree on microstructure and properties of GH141 alloy are studied, and the rolling technology parameters of ring forging in GH141 are summarized.

    The comparative study was made of metal lining (zinc、nickel and its alloys) process on cast-in inserts’ surface of aluminum matrix composite materials, the influence of metal lining on the interface of inserts and casting aluminum alloys was studied emphatically , the best metal lining process on cast-in inserts of aluminum matrix composite materials was decided. The studies has solved the key technology of the insert casting process of aluminum matrix composite materials, the metal lining process is well worth spreading extensively.

    Liu Qingquan. Fracture and Precaution of Extension of Ⅰ Stage Turbiue Blades for WP7 Ⅱ Aero-Engine[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 1996, 0(11): 40-43,21.

    Fracture characteristics and reason of extension of Ⅰ stage turbine blades for WP7 Ⅱ aero-engine was analysed. High cycle fatigue fracture of the extension was proved by means of examination of metallurgical quality, heat treatment, fitting clearance as well as macro-and micro-aralysis of the fracture. The fracture reason is high stress concentration at holes No.5, 6 of blade back of the extension, and great clearance of blade shroud.
