摘要

选用廉价的碳毡作为增强体,成功地摸索出用电沉积法制取碳毡/铜复合材料的工艺。研究了碳毡/铜复合材料的导电性能、热膨胀性能及电磁屏蔽性能。实验结果表明,该材料是一种较廉价且性能优越的新型功能复合材料。

Abstract

The electrodepositing technique of copper matrix composite reinforced by a cheap carbon fiber felt has been investigated.The physical properties of the composite have been studied as well.The results show that it is a new typo of functional composite with a cheap price and excellent properties.
