    ZENG Xiaoshu, FU Xielian, CAO Dong, LI Wentang, XU Chunshui. The Characteristics of the Carbon Nanotube Coated with Polyaniline Through Polymeration of Aniline in situ[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 2006, 0(10): 3-7.

    The experiments have been performed that the carbon nanotubes in dispersion were coated with polyaniline by polymeration of the aniline in situ on the CNTs and there mwcnts were added into polypropylene.The mwcnts coated with polyaniline were observed using TEM,and X-ray diffraction.The polypropylene samples with polyanline-coated mwcnts were tested tensile strength and the morphours and the composition of the sample fracture section were also observed and analysized using SEM and EDS.These results show that polyaniline can cover on CNT at all, and adhere to surface of MWCNTs very well.The tensile test results also reveal that the tensile strength is enhanced by 70% with comparison to that of polypropylene without addition of the MWCNT.

    Effect of hot process parameters in β field for TA15 titanium alloy,such as deformation temperature,strain,strain rate and cooling condition on β grain size D,α-colony size d and α-lamina thickness b has been investigated.The experimental results show that D,d and b present peak or vale with increasing temperature,D,d increases but b decreases with increasing temperature above 1050℃,D and d is the minimum but b is the maximum when 1050℃;D,d and b decrease with increasing strain;D,d decreases but b increases with increasing strain rate;D of water quenching is larger than that of the air cool after deformation,however d and b is reversed.

    DU Zhongze, WU Laizhi, WANG Qingjuan, WANG Jingtao. Magnetic Properties of Semi-hard Magnetic 2J4 Alloy Processed by ECAP[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 2006, 0(10): 11-14.

    Semi-hard magnetic 2J4 alloy was fabricated via Equal Channel Angular Pressing(ECAP).The result reveals that the magnetic properties of 2J4 alloy become stronger with increasing passes of ECAP,the increase speed of magnetic properties is the largest after 3 passes of ECAP.ECAP has the similar deformation style with cold rolling since both have the similar appearance with strap texture which improving the alloy's anisotropy.Magnetic properties of 2J4 alloy by ECAP is better than those by cold rolling,ECAP makes the grain of alloy fined and close to single magnetic domain.

    The anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) template with nanopore arrays was fabricated on aluminum foils of different purities.These experiments were carried out in 0.3mol/dm3 oxalic acid using two-step anodization method under constant voltage.Field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) and atom force microscopy (AFM) were used to observe the microstructure of the AAO template.The results showed that regular hexagonal nanopores were arranged on the aluminum substrate after one-step anodization,and these honeycomb structures make for more orderly nanopore structures during the second anodization.The nanopore arrays of the template from low-purity aluminum were only present on the relatively narrow region separated by the cell boundary.The template prepared at constant voltage of 40V exposited uniform pores and pore diameter varied from 35nm to 100nm after etching in phosphoric acid.Therefore,if need be,the best condition to fabricate porous anodic aluminum oxide template using low-purity aluminum can be easily selected.

    WU Yunzhong, MA Yongqing, GAO Hongtao, ZHAN Yang, LIU Shiyong. Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Cladding Copper-steel Wire by Drawing at Room Temperature[J]. Journal of Materials Engineering, 2006, 0(10): 19-22.

    The microstructure and mechanical properties of pure copper clad Q195 steel wires in different diameters by drawing at room temperature were studied in this paper.The results show that the microstructure of the cladding wire by drawing at room temperature is vimineous grain which was drawn from prime equiaxed grain.The fibril length is in direct proportion to square root of deformation and the fibril diameter is in inverse proportion to deformation approximately.The ultimate tensile strength of the cladding wire by drawing at room temperature goes up in direct proportion to square root of deformation,and the elongation comes down.A little increment of the elongation of the cladding wires is a coincidence of partial grain boundary amalgamation and sphericized cementite in Q195 steel.Based on the original values of the ultimate tensile strength of prime pure copper and Q195 steel,the ultimate tensile strength of the cladding wires in different diameters can be doped out by mix principle of composite material.

    Bonded hybrid NdFeB/Sr-ferrite magnets were prepared by mixing the two powders. The effects of the Sr-ferrite mass fraction on magnetic property and temperature stability property of bonded hybrid magnets were also fully analyzed.An empirical formula between energy product and Sr-ferrite mass fraction was gained at last,follow which the energy product of bonded hybrid NdFeB/Sr-ferrite magnets could be adjusted freely.

    During heating,phase transformation and expansibility of the new quartz sands and the quartz sands calcined at 900℃ was analyzed by DSC and thermodilatometry.It is found that there exist two endothermic peak at 574℃ and 790℃ differently in the DSC curve of the quartz sand during heating.The endothermic energy of the sands being heated during phase transformation is more than the exothermic energy being cooled,and the calcined sands need more energy than the new sands during phase transformation.The expansion ratio of the sands increase with temperature,and the expansion ratio of the calcined sands are lower than that of the new sands apparently.

    Effects of carbon black powders,solid loading,milling time,contents of dispersant and pH value on rheological properties of NiO/YSZ ceramic slurry were investigated by rheograms in detail.Results show that shear thinning behaviour and pseudoplasticity of aqueous slurries can be found.The pH value is optimized to 9.Contents of dispersant are equal to 2%(volume fraction).It is suitable to fabrication of Ni/YSZ anode material after NiO/YSZ aqueous slurries were milled 4h. Ultimately volume fractions of NiO/YSZ aqueous slurries reach 50%.

    The magnetic-field-induced strains(MFIS) of as-cast and melt-spun Ni50Mn26Ga19Fe5 alloy with the substitution of Ga by Fe were investigated.The experimental results show that Ni50Mn26Ga19Fe5 alloy exhibits a typical thermal-elastic martensitic transformation and a magnetic transition.However,the as-cast alloy has a seven-layered modulated martensite(7M) structure and the melt-spun alloy has a fourteen-layered modulated martensite(14M) structure.The maximum MFIS of as-cast alloy is 0.1% and the MFIS of melt-spun alloy is only 0.0095%.The MFIS of as-cast alloy is larger than the MFIS of melt-spun alloy,which shows that the effect of Fe on Ni-Mn-Ga alloy is complex.

    Based on the large deformation elastic-plastic finite element method(FEM) theory and finite model,the process of solid phase bonding for Cu/Al bimetal composite by hydrostatic extrusion was analyzed by ANSYS FEM with frictional elements inserted between two contacting metals.The varying order of relative slippage between inner and outer metal along with friction coefficient were obtained.The distributions of the equivalent stress and the equivalent strain in the sample on the process of binding by hydrostatic extrusion were also achieved.The flowing laws of component metal on the deforming process of hydrostatic extrusion were opened out.The computational results are close to those obtained by experiments.The conclusion is that increasing friction coefficient between inner and outer metal is the main effective method to bond bimetal material.

    The plating structure,property of hydrogen permeation,hydrogen embrittlement of different plating that used for high-strength steels were studied.The relationship between plating structure and hydrogen embrittlement was analysised.The distribution of hydrogen content and cathodic current was also analysised.The results indicated that the hydrogen embrittlement performance was related to plating structure,but was not completely determined by it.There are three kinds of mechanism to explain the low hydrogen embrittlement of plating for high-strength steels.The three models were high cathodic current efficiency which presented by cadmium plating from ammonium chloride bath,high pores presented by low hydrogen embrittlement cadmium,plating component in cooperation with structure which presented by Cd-Ti plating.

    The effect of K0.5Bi0.5TiO3(KBT) on the microstructure and piezoelectric properties of(Na,K)0.5Bi0.5TiO3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics was investigated.The results show that the density and the grain size decrease with increasing KBT,which lead to increase piezoelectric constant d33,dielectric constant ε,and dielectric loss tanδ.But the mechanical quality factor Qm will decrease with increasing KBT.The Curie temperature will increase from 326℃ to 360℃ as the content of KBT increases from 0.07mol to 0.20mol.The ceramics with composition(Na0.85K0.15)0.5Bi0.5TiO3 has excellent piezoelectric properties,which should be attributed to the composition lied near to the morphology phase boundary.

    A method for the determination of trace Ni in TG6 titamium alloy by AAS has been developed.The measuring conditions of Aanalyst 100 have been optimized.The influences of the amount of HCl(1+1) and HBF4(1+4),and titamium and coexisting elements on the determination of Ni in TG6 titanium alloy have been investigated.The relative standard deviations of the results obtained by the method are less than 6.2%,the appropriate concertration range is 0.010%0.050% and the detection limit is 0.059μg·mL-1.

    The friction and wear properties of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) were improved by mixing PTFE powder with polyacrylonitrile powder.The PTFE-based composite was prepared by mechanically blend the PTFE powder and PAN powder with different mass ratio,cold moulding and sintering in the air.The friction and wear properties of the PTFE-based composite with different percentage PAN were evaluated on an MM-200 test rig under dry sliding condition.The worn surface morphologies of the composite,abrasive dust and transferred membrane were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope and optical microscope.The result indicated that,because of the blend of PAN,not only the wear quantum of PTFE was decreased sharply,but also the coefficient of friction of PTFE was reduced.Through observing the samples under SEM,we find that there is an intact and transferred membrane on the opposite worn surface.It is the main reason of the excellent friction and wear properties of the composite.

    PCI-9820 data acquisition card has up to 120MS/s sampling rate,14-bit A/D resolution,based on PCI bus,and was applied in digital ultrasonic detection system,completed function of data acquisition model.A scan wave could be digitized, saved and processed.Creating Windows XP data acquisition application using WD-DASK and Microsoft Visual C++ was introduced.
