摘要

YZTA11钛合金精密模锻叶片的热加工回弹变形,是钛合金热加工关键问题之一.本文对等温热校形技术作了研究,并制订出最佳工艺条件,为解决钛合金精密模锻叶片的变形开辟了新的途径.

Abstract

The deformation was again produced after the precision closed-die blades of Ti alloy YZ-TA11 had been formed.That is a key problem of hot-working process. The purposes of the study were to establish a optimum proccssing conditions for production,and to explore a new way resolving above-mentioned problems.
